Thanks to the amazing people who support our Veterans Awards by attending on the evenings and our fantastic sponsors Veterans Awards currently has access to funds to support small grants for projects working with our Veteran Community and members of the Armed Forces Community. Via this application form you are now able to apply for grant funding from £250 – £500 per organisation.
This grant must be utilised to support a series of projects that support our veteran community or to celebrate and raise awareness of the Armed Forces Community. Applications are welcomed for the delivery of projects/events/activities between April 2024 – March 2025.
This fund will be administered by Veterans Awards CIC and the grants will be decided by an independent judging panel. Any queries regarding the grant can be sent to info@veteransawards.co.uk or via telephone to 07855 493 316.
To be eligible to apply, the applicant must be a registered Charitable Organisation, charity, Community Interest Company, Community Interest Organisation or a public body, have a turnover of under £100,000 Per Year, and have a bank or building society account in the name of the applying organisation. Applications from individuals will not be accepted.
Applications must meet at least one of the three following objectives:
Applications must demonstrate reasonable costs for activity/value for money, and any expenditure must be substantiated in respect of all costs.
Note: Organisations must keep records and retain receipts and invoices in relation to monies spent in order to allow access to these by the Veterans Awards CIC
